How Is the Procedure Performed?

The surgery typically involves:

• Anesthesia: Intravenous sedation with local anesthesia or general anesthesia, depending on the complexity of the case.
• Incision Patterns:
• Above the eyebrows (supraciliary): The simplest option but may leave visible scars.
• Endoscopic approach: Small incisions made within the scalp.
• Minimal scalp incisions.
• Coronal approach: A crown-shaped incision within the scalp.
• These incisions allow for repositioning, adjustment, or removal of skin and muscles to correct creases, expression lines, and sagging brows.
• Closure of incisions with removable or absorbable sutures, skin adhesives, or special clips.
